The Global Thinkers Project runs a discussion series that draws on the expertise of leading scholars on silenced internationalist thinkers. The series invites speakers from around the world and across disciplines (International Relations, History, Area Studies, Comparative Politics and Political Theory, Literature) to Oxford, to lead a session that focuses on a specific thinker.
It runs in the form of themed terms and has, thus far, focused on the Spanish-speaking world, South Asia, China, the Portuguese-speaking world and most recently, women thinkers to mark the centenary of women being allowed to matriculate at Oxford. Find out more on our past events.
